Dear Search Associates Colleagues:

On behalf of the American Embassy School (AES) community in New Delhi, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Molly Myers as the new Elementary School Principal, beginning July 2026. This important appointment is the result of an extensive international search led by Search Associates.

Dr. Myers currently serves as the Lower School Principal at Shanghai Community International School (SCIS), Pudong Campus, in Shanghai, China where she is recognized for collaborative, data-informed instructional leadership and her ability to cultivate inclusive, student-centered learning communities.

Dr. Myers academic preparation includes an Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership (2018) from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA and an M.A. in Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy: Educational Leadership/School Building Leader (2010) from New York University, New York, NY, USA, among others.

Throughout her career, Dr. Myers has championed professional learning communities, curriculum coherence, and a culture of care and high expectations, priorities that align closely with AES’s mission and community ethos. She has traveled extensively in India and is thrilled to return to a country she loves. Dr. Myers shared that she is looking forward to serving alongside “such talented and passionate educators…thank you for welcoming me into this remarkable school. I am excited to begin this journey together in the upcoming 26-27 School Year.”
